Do people in Estonia speak English?

Do people use English commonly in Estonia?

I need some info from someone from Estonia or who has visited,

I am planning on visiting in summer 2009.

I was just wondering if the people of Estonia speak English commonly or would i need to learn some common phrases in Estonian language?

    Most of the younger people speak English very well in Estonia.
    Lets say about 90% of under 30 year olds manage to speak English just fine.

    Of course, there are some older people as well, who can speak in English but a lot less.

    In conclusion: English speakers are quite common in Estonia and you don’t need to worry about it and you can communicate with people with no troubles.
